Are you a dynamic individual seeking a rewarding opportunity? You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our industry! As a Metallurgist with us, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of metallurgical innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• In-house and on-site test programs, pioneering new methodologies
• Deep into metallurgical testing and analysis, uncovering insights that drive progress
• Metallurgical testing and analysis
• Process engineering teams during on-site commissioning
• Pilot plant equipment installations at customer sites
• Continuous improvement initiatives, constantly raising the bar for excellence
• Safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring our operations are at the forefront of responsibility

You're not just a Metallurgist – you're a visionary, a problem-solver, and a leader. You bring:

• Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or similar field
• 2 years of experience in the mining industry as a Metallurgist
• Experience in Froth flotation and gold leaching processes are a must
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment for sample preparation and metallurgical testing
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, AutoCAD
• English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• To work in Australia and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel
