Your Impact

As a Process Technician at ASAHI's Albury site, you will work with processing and packing machinery all whilst maintaining high safety and quality standards.  

 **Please note this role will require working on a rotating 12-hour shift day/night roster**

  Key Responsibilities

• Within this position you will be required to operate machinery daily to meet high speed production demand schedules and ensure minimal downtime
• Topping up packaging & process materials to keep the lines running is critical
• Assist with general duties on the factory floor including general housekeeping to ensure a safe work environment is maintained
• Weekly cleaning and lubrication on the machinery
• Fault finding and troubleshooting of production lines
• Setting up Production lines for scheduled changeovers
• Conducting quality testing calibrations and line/services checks at required intervals
• Driving preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and testing practices to validate line performance requirements
• Respond  to breakdowns / faults when they occur on the lines, troubleshoot, repair and restart lines

 About You

• Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry
• Trouble shooting skills and the ability to use your initiative and work autonomously
• Excellent communication and a positive, can-do attitude
• Must be able to work across all shifts day, night and also Mon to Sun
