Join a team that plays a critical role in powering IAG’s strategic ambition. As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll provide expert advice and handson support to ensure our procurement and supplier management activities directly enable our biggest priorities. 

In this role, you’ll influence major areas of technology spend—spotting opportunities to optimise value, strengthen supplier partnerships, and unlock commercial benefits. You’ll contribute to category management, lead supplier relationship management, and help ensure we’re maximising every dollar invested across key technology categories. 

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll anticipate emerging business needs, guide strategic sourcing decisions, and deliver procurement outcomes that drive commercial, operational, and strategic value. You’ll also take the lead on managing suppliers servicing your categories, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do 

• 
  

  Support sourcing engagements across go to market process (RFx), negotiation and contract execution. 

  
  

• 
  

  Prepare, execute and manage supplier agreements that drive consistency across all contractual, regulatory and risk management decisions. 

  
  

• 
  

  Develop and maintain effective relationships with IAGs internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including understanding, communicating and educating internal stakeholders on all aspects of partnering. 

  
  

• 
  

  Execute best practice supplier relationship management practices to maximise value generation and improve supplier performance, including monitoring and reporting on supplier performance metrics, risks and issues.

  Leverage data analytics and conduct market research to stay abreast category trends and identify risks and opportunities to optimise the category and drive innovation.

  Support the delivery of PP&C’s Strategy and Vision by contributing to planned priority 

  
  

deliverables and continuous improvement initiatives.
