Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing an end-to-end procurement strategy that aligns with organisational objectives.
• Managing all direct procurement activities and supporting select supply chain/logistics optimisation programs across the business.
• Liaising with key stakeholders, including internal teams such as contract manufacturing and supply chain, as well as suppliers and industry bodies.
• Building a three-year pipeline of initiatives to unlock value and reduce costs in our operations, focusing primarily on Direct Procurement and supporting Indirect Purchasing as needed.

The Successful Applicant

: The successful candidate will possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in raw materials and packaging procurement.
• A relevant degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to leverage relationships to deliver results.
• The ability to see the big picture and develop a corresponding procurement strategy.
