In 2024, we expanded with The Local Production, a full-service creative agency dedicated to elevating brands through strategic storytelling and high-end content creation.
This role would suit a junior to mid-level video Producer of 1-3 years’ experience, who is comfortable dealing with commercial clients and multiple stakeholders on productions of varying scope and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Utilising tools to track and coordinate production activities, budgets and timelines ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Working closely with clients and partnerships/ sales teams to deliver the best outcomes for stakeholders and clients.
Oversee and support pre-production, shoot and post-production activities for each project.
Oversee the filming process, ensuring the clients vision is executed effectively whilst facilitating communication between crew members and other stakeholders using industry-standard best practice tools, processes and documents including Call Sheets, shooting schedules.
Formulating interview questions and conducting them with clients and presenters, using best practice methods to get the best results.
Directing specific shots content to capture.
Overview of the editing, sound design, colour grading, progress and overall storytelling.
Collaborate with internal teams such as: Digital team for asset management, Partnerships team for client management, Design team for graphic design assets.
Ensure all content meets The Local Project's high standards of accuracy, style and brand guidelines.
What we’re looking for
Someone with 1-3+ years in media production and working as a producer in a fast-paced, creative and production environment. We are also open to skilled junior candidates who can demonstrate exceptional potential to grow.
Highly organised with superior communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple high-pressure projects at a time.
Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
Experience working in the Architecture and Design industries or documentaries will be looked upon favourably.
