Now we’re looking for a Product Adoption Manager who ensures customers realise real, measurable value from what we’ve built - turning features into outcomes, usage into expansion, and customers into advocates 💪

About You:

• 📋 You’ve spent 2+ years in CS, Product Enablement, TAM or Implementation, working with Enterprise SaaS customers
• ⚙️ Product-geek: you love getting deep into products - configuring workflows, understanding integrations and figuring out how things really work.
• 🧠 Strategic and hands-on: you enjoy running customer calls, rolling out new features, and building Looms or guides to drive adoption
• 📊 Customer value obsessed: you think in adoption, health scores, retention and expansion (not just support tickets)
• ✅ You’re high-agency: using an ‘extreme-ownership’ mindset, you thrive in a fast and fluid environment
