Product and Customer Support

The applicant's primary role:

• Customer technical support and consultation
• Report design and delivery 

Other duties will include:

• Contributing to daily agile scrum meetings
• Software testing
• Database queries

Experience with the following would be advantageous:

• Git
• MySQL 8 or other RDBMS
• Javascript
• Jasper Studio

A basic understanding of JavaScript (or similar language) and SQL is required. Experience in a reports designer such as Jasper Reports or Crystal Reports is advantageous.

The candidate requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail for improving our applications and applying critical feedback to ongoing development efforts.
