Job Description - Product Designer - Growth

G’day, we’re Mosh

Our mission is to get Aussies the best possible health outcomes through best-in class health programs. We know the current healthcare system is not meeting the needs of the modern Australian, and we reckon there’s a better, more holistic way. Our solutions for hair loss, sexual health, skin care, mental health, longevity  and weight management are easy, affordable and completely discreet. There’s nothing better than the feeling that what you’re doing matters and makes a difference. We’re pretty lucky this is the norm and not the exception for us.

The role

We’re looking for a creative and driven Product Designer, reporting to the Product Design Lead, to join our growth pod (Conversion rate optimisation lead, engineer and yourself). This is a UI-design heavy role where you'll own web design for both brands, leveraging and evolving our design system. This is a blank canvas opportunity to work with our creative team and define how Mosh and Moshy show up online.

What you’ll do

Own the Web design experience & design for high-performance conversion

  • Design and ship beautiful mobile-first landing pages, sections and components using no-code tools (Framer/Webflow)

  • Design the A/B tests for our landing pages, quiz, and checkout flows

  • Work in a genuinely agile environment: frequent releases, fast feedback, real learnings

  • Permission to fail. Enjoy the freedom to move fast, try things, break stuff. If you’re a design innovator we won’t hold you back.

Design & systems

  • Create high-fidelity designs, flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma

  • Design intuitive mid-funnel quiz and checkout experiences and experiments

  • Contribute to and evolve Mosh’s design system to ensure consistency and speed

Research & insight

  • Plan and run research with the CRO Lead to test hypotheses and validate ideas

  • Share learnings at bi-weekly showcases to influence product direction

Collaboration, culture  & craft

  • Partner with engineers, CRO, clinical ops, and designers to solve real customer problems

  • Explore new tools (including AI-powered prototyping) to increase speed and quality

  • Serve as a contributor to the marketing, product, design and data team’s culture by bringing new perspectives and ways of working to uplevel everyone’s work

Experience you’ll bring

You’ll be iterating through projects quickly but be guided by experienced product designers to improve your craft and become a future design leader. A passion for health and solving the challenges facing men and women in the healthcare sector is also a huge plus, as is previous experience designing for high converting web experiences.

  • A strong portfolio of high conversion mobile-first experiences

  • 2-4 years of design experience in a fast paced environment

  • Proficiency in Figma with strong UI, web design and prototyping skills

  • Proficiency in no-code website builders (We’re thinking Framer or Webflow but you’ll get a say in the tooling that works best for you)

  • Experience building beautiful, high conversion landing pages

  • Openness to making mistakes and iterating based on feedback

  • Strong knowledge in user research principles, has lead user research in the past to understand problems, define solutions and test for usability with end customers

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and take on critical feedback

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for creating delightful user experiences

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Bonus:

  • Prior experience in a growth design or visual design role

  • Experience with new AI design tooling and prototyping software (think v0 or Figma Make)

  • Strong UX copywriting skills

What’s on offer

  • Impact & purpose
Join a mission-driven company dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes for Aussies. Your work will directly support patient health and wellbeing.

  • Career growth
Learn, grow, and lead in a scaling environment, with access to on-demand training and opportunities to expand your role as our company grows.

  • Flexible hybrid work
Enjoy three days of in-office collaboration in Surry Hills and two days from home to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

  • Office perks
Help yourself to a fully stocked drinks fridge and snack bar, and stay active with subsidised ClassPass credits.

  • Paid parental leave
Access up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave to support you and your family.

  • Product discounts
Get discounts on a variety of Mosh products and services.

Better, together

We value diversity of thought, background, and perspective. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. Come help us shape the future of healthcare at Mosh!
