- Own and deliver enhancements to Plenti’s credit automation stack from requirements through to release and post‑launch monitoring.
- Manage BAU credit policy changes, turning rule and parameter updates into clear, testable product and engineering requirements.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of third‑party verification integrations (e.g. Fortiro, GreenID, CoreLogic, PPSR, Illion), including scoping, vendor management and testing.
- Maintain and improve the verification and income assessment stack to increase automation, reduce false positives and improve decision speed and accuracy.
- Track and contribute to STP improvement targets, prioritising high‑impact automation levers with engineering and credit stakeholders and managing a well‑groomed backlog.
- Partner with engineering on technical requirements, release readiness and production performance, and support incident triage, remediation and communication.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end testing for credit automation workstreams, embedding test coverage into delivery plans.
- Contribute to the AI‑assisted credit decisioning roadmap by documenting current state and identifying new automation opportunities.
- 3–5 years’ product management experience in a digital product environment, owning delivery across complex, technical workstreams.
- Fintech or lending product background (consumer lending, BNPL or financial services) where compliance and regulation shape product decisions.
- Experience delivering third‑party API integrations end to end (data providers, verification services or similar).
- Exposure to credit or risk domains, with enough depth to engage credibly with credit policy and understand downstream impacts.
- Excellent written and verbal requirements skills; able to turn ambiguous policies into clear, testable acceptance criteria.
- Comfortable operating in a regulated environment, factoring compliance, incidents and remediation into delivery and prioritisation.
- Strong delivery discipline, technical aptitude, attention to detail, collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity about credit risk and lending operations.
