Key Responsibilities: Dive deep into the intricacies of home loans to guide strategic decisions. From shaping product pricing strategies to overseeing compliance & regulatory landscapes. Requirements: With 3-5 years of experience in Product Management within mortgages or similar roles, you'll need to be commercially astute, financially literate, and adept at navigating regulatory landscapes. Experience with broker distribution channels and lending credit policies will set you apart.
Strong Leadership Backing: Work directly with the Head of Product to ensure optimal lending outcomes. Your leadership team has a track record of delivering Product Led Transformations for some of Australia’s most successful Fintech’s and Banks. In a short time, your CPO has already opened up new market segments and delivered 4 successful digital initiatives.
