Product Manager - Mobile

As a Product Manager, you'll use customer insights, market intelligence, and commercial thinking to identify opportunities, evolve product propositions, and support the delivery of customer-focused solutions across our portfolio.

To be successful in this role you will possess:
 

• Experience using market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights to support product decisions

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable recommendations

• An understanding of telco products, services, and vendor ecosystems

• The ability to identify opportunities and contribute to product improvements through customer, market, and commercial insights

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across teams

• Strong commercial awareness, sound judgement, and a strategic mindset

• Confidence working through ambiguity, influencing outcomes, and driving initiatives without direct authority

• Shape and evolve customer-focused product propositions that drive growth and competitive advantage

• Use customer insights, market trends, competitor analysis, and performance data to identify opportunities and improve product outcomes

• Monitor product performance, assess risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimise success

• Collaborate across the business to define product positioning, align priorities, and support strategic decision-making

• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure clear product direction, scope, and customer value

• Contribute to portfolio strategy through research, commercial insights, and market intelligence

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to articulate product value and support commercial success

• Influence stakeholders and help solve complex product challenges through analysis, collaboration, and strategic thinking
