The Role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will possess a growth mindset and a willingness to understand and develop deep knowledge of the product portfolio. You will take a customer-centric approach to understanding what is essential to customers regarding product features and benefits, addressing all aspects of product marketing, including packaging, pricing, market segmentation and key USPs.
Primary Responsibilities - Focusing on applying customer-centric marketing to the product portfolio
- Aligning marketing strategies with market trends and customer needs.
- Interacting with both internal and external customers in trade and retail sectors.
- Understanding market needs related to products and customer priorities such as packaging, pricing, and market segmentation.
- Identifying and promoting key unique selling propositions (USPs) of the products.
- Keeping up with market trends such as sustainability, energy efficiency, construction codes, and design trends.

Essential Skills & Experience - Possess customer-centric marketing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Proficiency in managing aspects like packaging, pricing, and market segmentation.
