Job Description: As a Product Owner at Atlas Digital Innovations, you will be a pivotal member of the Agile Scrum team, responsible for maximising the value produced by the team. You will serve as the primary advocate for the team and the main link to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring that all project outputs meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively connect with business owners, IT stakeholders, end-users, and Scrum team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on product goals.
• Product Development: Develop comprehensive product features and goals that align with strategic business objectives.
• Backlog Management: Efficiently manage, prioritise, and maintain visibility of the team product backlog to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Team Support: Support the Scrum team in delivering high-value outputs, facilitating the removal of impediments and fostering an environment conducive to achieving project milestones.
• Feedback Implementation: Receive and implement feedback to continuously refine and improve the product in response to stakeholder and user inputs.
• Vision Communication: Clearly communicate the product vision to all stakeholders and team members, ensuring shared understanding and commitment to the product direction.
• Scrum Participation: Actively participate in all Scrum events, promoting Agile practices and contributing to the team’s Agile journey.
• Product Prioritisation: Guide and prioritise product development efforts to ensure that the most critical and valuable features are delivered first.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs and prioritise tasks based on business and customer impact.
• Experience in delivering digital products and technologies with a focus on customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong decision-making capabilities.
