Product Sales Specialist

Our client is currently seeking a compassionate, dynamic and motivated sales professional to join their team as a Sales Representative for their leading memorial company. 

As their Sales Representative, you will spearhead their sales efforts, working with warm leads and engaging with walk-in clients in a face-to-face capacity. Due to the sensitive nature of the memorial industry, it is vital you possess not only great selling/closing skills, but also display a very empathetic and understanding disposition.

Role Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Educate clients on our range of memorial packages, from plaques to entire stone and memorial packages.
• Build rapport and trust with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service satisfaction goals.
   

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not essential 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and compassion in dealing with clients during sensitive times.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
