Product Support Technician - Get Hired Fast

ABOUT THE POSITION
 
The Product Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, repair, drawing, and maintenance of electronic components within our battery products.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for electronic components of battery products to internal teams and customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electronic systems and components, including PCB assemblies, microcontrollers, sensors, and other embedded systems.
• Perform repairs on electronic equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
• Interpret and create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to facilitate troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of electronic testing equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.
• Document and report on technical issues, repair activities, and outcomes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the development and updating of technical manuals and support documentation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in electronic components and repair techniques.

 
Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with electronic testing and diagnostic
• Experience with battery management systems (BMS) and energy storage technologies.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and control procedures in electronics manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using CAD software for creating and modifying technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of battery systems and technologies is a plus.
