The Position…

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill the role of Production Administrator. This role will be based in their Carole Park facility. 

This full-time position will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Undertaking a range of administrative duties as required to assist the Production Manager.
  
  


• Ensuring production runs are scheduled and changes updated in the system.
  
  


• Creating and updating Bill of Materials.
  
  


• Creating and completing production runs.
  
  


• Receiving and verifying raw material availability.
  
  


• Communicating with other departments.
  
  


• Undertake routine data entry.
  
  


• Estimating delivery shipment dates. You will need to liaise with internal departments to determine customer requirements while using the most cost-effective methods to meet the required production standards.
  
  


• Track project progress, production costs and prepare regular production reports.
  
  


• Maintain records, including project schedules and purchase orders.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate will have:

• Past manufacturing administration experience in a manufacturing setting.
  
  


• Experience with Excel, Office Suite, and ERP software.
  
  


• A decisive mindset.

• Good problem solving skills.
