Production Estimator

The company:

This builder/developer is looking for a Production Estimator to join their team. The company has been established for over 10 years and is very consistent with the number of homes they produce for customers annually. Due to growth, they're looking for an Estimator to join their team. This is a stable and long term work opportunity in a friendly and flexible office.

Your role as the Estimator:

• BOQs, purchase orders, invoicing, excel 
• Compiling preliminary pricing and preparing accurate base cost for projects
• Liaising with the team and Estimating Manager and the external  suppliers/subcontractors 
• Take offs 
• Databuild software 

What you need to fulfill the Estimating role:

• 1+ years with a home building company in Australia
• Knowledge and understanding of the BCA codes and council requirements
• Fast paced and autonomous work capability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability with colleagues and trades/subcontractors.
