About the Role: 

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, perfect for an all-rounder who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Medal Shots production, from events and team photos, to creating merchandise and custom medals. As this role and the company expands, you will have the chance to develop your business development skills and take ownership of new product lines, shaping the future of Medal Shots. 

Responsibilities:

Event Production:

• Manage event logistics, including artwork design, photographer scheduling, and pre-order page creation.
• Oversee event setup, photo culling, and digital order fulfillment.

Team Photos:

• Design team artwork, input orders, and schedule team photo shoots.
• Select photos and create final team products.
• Manage client approvals and finalise invoices.

Medals & Merchandise:

• Design artwork for UV printing, merchandise printing, and embroidery.
• Upload product images and manage stock levels on the website.

General Operations & Management:

• Manage communication through centralised inbox and keep websites updated.
• Assist with business development, focusing on growing the business.
• Coordinate workforce management and approvals within the team. 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing and coordinating small teams
• Enjoys stakeholder engagement and building relationships with clubs and schools 
• Is passionate and experienced in graphic design, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom (can be self-taught).
• Is a team player with a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
• Has a keen eye for detail and a passion for sports photography (is a plus!)
• Possesses basic knowledge of social media channels and marketing is desirable. 
• Can handle a physical job with occasional lifting (up to 10kg).
