Production Operator

Position Overview

Gliderol Garage Doors, part of the dormakaba group, is expanding operations with a new production super site, and we are looking for motivated Production Operators to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment producing high-quality garage door products as part of a growing national business. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to build a long-term career in production, we want to hear from you.

What you will do

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble and manufacture garage door components and finished products
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Follow production schedules and team targets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and leaders across the site

What we require

• Strong reliability and attendance
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks

What we prefer

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Forklift Licence (LF)
• Experience operating machinery or hand tools
• Experience working within KPI or target-driven environments
