Production Operator - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Position

As a Production Operator at Camperdown Powder, you will be part of a close-knit team, committed to manufacturing a range of infant formula products, and ensuring efficient production of quality products.

Responsibilities & Duties

There is a variety of tasks that you may be involved with, depending on previous experience, aptitude and capability. You will be engaged in and take a responsible role in ensuring compliance with the highest Food Safety, Quality and Safety systems.  These may include:

• Operate machinery; blender, filler, seamers, case-packer, palletiser, mobile plant
• Conduct quality checks and complete quality and safety records
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and adhere to GMP principles
• Transport and storage of products and packaging
• Batching and weighing of ingredients
• Routine packaging

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg and be able to perform repetitive work
• Proven work history supporting your reliability and dedication to work
• Previous work experience with food/beverage would be advantageous
• Undergo a pre-start medical and Police Check if/when required by site
• Confident English written and verbal communication skills essential
• Always demonstrate a commitment to the safety of yourself and others
• Maintain your understanding of, and always comply with company policies
• Contribute constructively to your team and help maintain a positive business culture.
