About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of 20–30 operators in our fast-paced Brisbane facility. You’ll oversee production across multiple areas using rollforming and fabrication equipment, ensuring efficiency, output, and quality remain at the highest standard.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll manage shift planning, labour, and production scheduling, while fostering a safe, high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach a production team through daily briefings and clear goals
• Plan shifts, manage labour costs, and hit production targets
• Develop and execute production plans to maximise output and efficiency
• Coordinate schedules and priorities with internal teams and logistics
• Uphold safety, quality control, housekeeping, and waste management standards
• Mentor and train team members to ensure compliance with best practices

What We’re looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in sheet metal and/ or roll forming preferred
• Proven ability to plan shifts, control labour costs, and boost efficiency
• Solid knowledge of workplace safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
