Job Vacancy: Production Supervisor – Scoresby Production – Flame division
Location: Scoresby
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Overtime as required)

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met, particularly in the assembly of gas fireplaces and accessories. You will manage production staff, monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production line activities, including gas fireplace assembly, motors and all accessories.


• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.


• Perform equipment inspections and resolve production issues


• Lead staff development and training initiatives.


• Maintain accurate records and ensure production targets are met.


• Collaborate across departments and provide regular performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing, particularly in gas fireplace assembly.


• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and gas appliance safety.


• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Familiar with safety regulations and equipment maintenance.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials up to 35 kg.


• Comfortable working in a factory setting with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
