Our client is an innovative timber packaging company, committed to delivering advanced solutions and seamless logistics. They are on an exciting growth path and an opportunity exists for an experienced Team Leader to join the supportive and collaborate work environment.

Your new role

• Assist the Production Coordinator in promoting and upholding a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with WHS protocols.
  
• Participate in the assembly of timber packaging to meet production targets.
  
• Support the management of daily operations to maintain high standards in custom timber packaging production.
  
• Help train, motivate, and lead team members to achieve peak performance.
  
• Aid in the introduction and oversight of new processes to boost operations efficiency.
  
• Assist with customer service enquiries and provide quotations based on requirements.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a supportive role, such as 2IC, Team Leader or Supervisor within a production or manufacturing environment.
  
• Background in the timber industry or carpentry trade is preferred or relevant field.
  
• Dedication to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
  
• A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering great service.
  
• A forklift licence is a plus.
