Production/Admin Support

The Role

Reporting to the GM you will be part of a small, dynamic team in a very fast paced environment.  The primary purpose of your role will be to support our production teams to ensure client quotes and orders are delivered on time.  No experience is needed as we will provide on the job training, however enthusiasm and being willing to learn is essential. Good computer skills with experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and good interpersonal communication are essential. 

Duties

• General customer service
• Quoting in a timely manner 
• Processing of orders
• Occasional assistance in the warehouse  

Requirements for the Role

• Ability to multi task numerous tasks/jobs at once
• Excellent time management skills
• Eye for detail
• Customer focused, friendly attitude 
• A willingness to learn various areas of the business 
• Proficient in outlook, word and excel
