Program Advisor

Our client URGENTLY requires a Program Advisor for a 12 months + Contract in Carseldine, Brisbane.

The Program Advisor will provide high-quality support to both programs and projects, working closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective delivery of outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate and manage program and project information, governance artefacts, and reporting requirements.

 Skills and Experience required includes:

• Experience with Microsoft Project (Project Online) or similar scheduling, resource management tools and Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Experience working within public sector and/or large, complex organisational environments, Qualifications or understanding of program management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) or other related program/ project frameworks).
• Assisting Program and Project Managers in the preparation, review, and quality assurance of key artefacts (e.g., business cases, program and project initiation documents, project and program documentation, and status reports).
• Experience in ICT environment will be highly desirable.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
