Program Coordinator

PROGRAM COORDINATOR -SYD/HYBRID - $825 PER DAY INCL. SUPER - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - LEADING AUSTRALIAN RETAILER 

An experienced  Program Coordinator is required to join a leading retailer. You will play a key role by supporting program and project managers, reporting and analysis of project & program metrics and improving project delivery processes and tools.

You will be helping the team to ensure that all program activities adhere to the correct processes, creating and managing change requests. Involving stakeholders, suppliers, and support teams to review and approve changes, and record successful change completion with appropriate artifacts.

You will ideally have the following experience within an enterprise environment:-
● 3+ years experience in program-related environment
Desirable:
● Commercial and/or Business case experience
● SAP Financials and Ariba experience
● PPM Tool experience - eg, Clarity, Sentient or equivalent
● Experience in an Agile delivery environment

Key responsibilities/success areas
● Maintain a portfolio view of resource and pipeline demand/requirement
● Collate and report on key program and portfolio performance metrics
● Preparation of packs for Steering Committees and other executive forums as
required.
● Communicate with a range of stakeholders at different levels on a daily basis
● Ensure project management tools and repositories support the accurate capture
and reporting of project metric information
● Manage the placement of purchase orders and commercial documentation /
financial approvals
● Support the Portfolio Manager with administrative assistance as required.
