Program Coordinator (ServiceNow) 6-month contract

About the Role

You'll be joining a collaborative team delivering one of UOW's key technology initiatives. Working alongside business leaders, technology specialists and delivery partners, you'll be part of a program focused on improving services and creating better experiences across the University community.

About the Team

This 6-month opportunity will see you play a central role in coordinating the University's ServiceNow program. You'll work across multiple stakeholders and workstreams, helping to keep delivery on track through effective planning, governance, reporting and communication. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and driving outcomes in a dynamic technology environment.
 

What You’ll Bring

•  Experience coordinating projects, programs or technology initiatives in a complex environment 
•  Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes 
•  Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities 
•  Experience supporting governance activities, reporting and program planning 
• A proactive approach to identifying risks, issues and dependencies 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced delivery environment 
• Experience working in technology, digital transformation or service delivery teams 
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira or similar delivery tools is desirable

• Level 6/7 | $96,898 - $119,986 + 17% Superannuation
•  Location: Wollongong Campus / Hybrid
•  Valid Australian work rights required.  Visa sponsorship is not available
