Your new role
As Program Director - Digital Infrastructure & Cloud Enablement, you will provide leadership, governance and hands-on direction to an established, business critical digital infrastructure program. Reporting at a senior level, you will take carriage of an existing program of work, ensuring continuity of delivery while maintaining alignment with the broader enterprise digital strategy.
You will lead a complex portfolio spanning infrastructure uplift, cloud enablement, platform and hosting services, network modernisation and cyber security initiatives. Working closely with technical teams, architecture, information security, finance, procurement and external partners, you will oversee planning, delivery sequencing, risk management, assurance and benefits realisation.

This role requires someone who can quickly build context, operate confidently at executive level, and keep momentum across multiple work streams while ensuring delivery remains secure, resilient and fit for purpose. This is an initial six-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Program Director or Senior Program Manager delivering large-scale, enterprise technology programs
• Strong background across digital infrastructure, cloud services, data centre and platform environments, networks and cyber security initiatives
• Demonstrated capability leading complex programs in large, matrixed organisations with multiple senior stakeholders
• Experience establishing and operating robust governance, financial management, risk and assurance frameworks
• The ability to engage credibly with highly technical teams while translating strategy into executable delivery roadmaps
• Familiarity with information security frameworks (e.g. Essential Eight or equivalent), cyber uplift programs and risk-reduction initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills, with confidence briefing at executive and governance-committee level
• A calm, outcomes-focused leadership style suited to fast-moving and high-visibility environments
