The opportunity
We are seeking a new manager to join the team of Program Managers to
lead existing and new adult learning programs. This is a varied role
which includes leading learning and professional development programs for the
early childhood education and care workforce across Victoria. These may include
training, coaching and mentoring programs as well as the development of tools,
resources and eLearning. Responsibilities include high -level stakeholder management,
planning and reporting, monitoring and evaluation and people leadership.
About you
You will bring your demonstrated experience in end -to -end program or project management in a learning context to contribute to the design, planning, reporting and evaluation of programs. Your excellent digital literacy and strong analytical skills will translate to high quality reports, proposals and program documentation. As an experienced leader, you'll guide and motivate your team of early learning professionals to achieve program goals, as well as contribute to Gowrie's strategic goals.
