The Opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Program Manager to join us in ourOperations Strategy & Integration team in Sydney, NSW on a Permanent Full Time.
Reporting to the Head of Risk and Resilience (Operations), you will play a key role in leading the successful delivery of strategic projects from planning through to market deployment, ensuring multiple projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope and budget, and to the satisfaction of customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring project plans, schedules, and governance requirements are established and maintained.
· Manage project financial performance, contract obligations, risks, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs) to maximise commercial outcomes.
· Mentor and support Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, building capability and ensuring consistent project delivery standards.
· Monitor project progress, resources, and reporting, ensuring issues are identified early and resolved in a timely manner.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring contractual commitments are met by all parties.
About You
· Demonstrated experience leading the successful delivery of complex projects or programs in a project management environment.
· Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing contracts, project financials, risk, and contractual variations.
· A collaborative and influential leader with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
· Highly organised with strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, enabling you to manage competing priorities and drive successful project outcomes.
