Excellent opportunity for an experienced Program Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience of Cyber Security projects! Working as part of a broader transformation group, your role as the Program Manager will be to lead the uplift of Cyber Security in the organisation, this will include the strategic and operational layers, policy uplift/update, technology implementation and working with key executives and stakeholders across the business. The role will include: -
  

• Leading and managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs of work, ensuring alignment with strategy, objectives, and business priorities.
• Developing and maintaining business cases, plans, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, benefits, and resourcing profiles of responsible programs.
• Coordinating and overseeing the delivery of program activities, ensuring effective governance, communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, and reporting.
• Having high quality, timely and impactful communications to senior stakeholders including Executive Leadership Team and Board on programs and projects under their remit and building effective working relationships with those stakeholders to ensure delivery success. 
• Managing program and project resourcing, including internal and external staff, vendors, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with contractual and procurement requirements.
• Identifying and managing program risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalating them as appropriate to the PMO, Steering Committees, and other senior stakeholders, as required.
