Program Support Officer

Our client URGENTLY requires Program Support Officer for 12months + Contracts in Buderim.

The Program Support Officer will utilize a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support services to project managers and team members, which enhance the timely and effective delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with appropriate Legislation, organisational policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• Assist in the coordination of Right to Information (RTI) responses for the region.
• Capture information into the departmental electronic document records management system, ensuring the security and accuracy of  records, including assisting in the upskilling of regional staff on accurate recordkeeping practices.
• A proven ability to apply knowledge of information and records management processes, including proficiency in using Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (eDRMS) to accurately capture, classify, and maintain secure records.
• Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
