We are seeking a dynamic Programme Test Manager with experience delivering testing on transformation programmes. You will be familiar with the migration to cloud of finance systems and have strong, proven experience leading structured quality and testing of these systems.

Role Purpose

The Programme Test Manager is responsible for developing the test strategy, plan and execution of the testing for the transformation program, covering business, systems, data and non-functional testing

The Programme Test Manager will work closely with the delivery vendors, technology teams, project staff and relevant business staff to manage all components of end-to-end testing for the program. 

The Programme Test Manager will also define and build the test team in alignment to the program plan and test plan ensuring all Testing systems, processes and reporting is in place and managed to deliver the test outcomes.

• Experience leading and motivating test teams in highly results oriented environment.
• Strong Test Management experience across all phases of testing.
• Proven experience leading all testing phases on a large, complex finance ERP transformation, ideally Oracle Fusion.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Finance ERP systems including Chart of Accounts, Procure 2 Pay etc.
• Ability to prepare and maintain relevant testing documentation including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Summary/Exit Report.
• Ability to assess risks to schedule, cost or quality on project testing activities.
• Proven experience with quality assurance testing, including manual and automation.
• Proven experience in all aspects of software testing including:
  • Test strategy definition and execution
  • Test planning development and delivery
  • Implementation of test automation framework
  • Defect management
• Exceptional communication skills including experience reporting on testing outcomes at Steering Committee level.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
