Job Description - Programs Implementation Manager

Programs Implementation Manager

Location: Docklands, VIC.

Salary: $70,000 plus Superannuation

We offer Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia. We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional to join our Programs Implementation Team as part of our Human Resources Team. Interview and hire Educators for our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs. Be part of the team that creates and manages Educator rosters and staff ratios across 110 childcare services in total, as well as manage Educator absences and holidays. You do not need childcare experience for this role. You do need experience in rostering and interviewing.

Role:

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, our Programs Implementation Managers play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our childcare services. They will work alongside three existing Talent Acquisition Coordinators and eight Programs Engagement Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Rostering.
  • Managing Educator absences, holidays and other leave requirements.
  • Interviewing and hiring Educators for our services across Australia.
  • Effective and frequent communication with Educators, Talent Acquisition Coordinators, Programs Engagement Managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Thorough record keeping and reporting.

What you bring:

The following skills are important for success in this role:

  • Advanced organisational skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, in person and with remote teams.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, Gmail, and Google Suite.
  • Experience with HumanForce an advantage but not essential.
  • Must be from Human Resources background.
