Due to extraordinary growth TGOOD Australia is seeking a Project Administrator / Document Controller to assist the delivery team exceed our customers expectations. 

 

Project Administrator / Document Controller

The Project Administrator /Document Controller at TGOOD Australia is responsible for managing the document control system for projects, assisting with the WHSQE system and a range of administrative and financial duties. 

 

Responsibilities:

Project Administrator

  • Accounts Payable / Purchasing (processing of invoices, raise purchase orders and process personnel expense claims / credit card reconciliations)
  • Accounts Receivable (drafting of payment claims / raising invoices / client side engagement)
  • Timecosting & Payroll (ensure accurate time writing (timesheets) are processed - process Payroll for fortnightly Trades pay run / backup for company monthly payroll)
  • Logistics, collecting and posting packages and mail
  • Administration of Design standards (IEC and Australian standards) : digital and print
  • Assist with travel requirements for execution teams
  • Administer general facilities maintenance at TGOOD’s two Brisbane based workplaces (credit applications / stationary / pantry items / banking administration / uniforms) all the things that keep a business running.

Document Control

  • Project management / document control support for TGOOD’s delivery team
  • Support the Project Engineering team with record-keeping, communication and discipline
  • Help other team members prepare for meetings, take minutes and follow-up action items
  • Administration of Contract / Commercial communications
  • Preparing and maintaining deliverables registers
  • Preparing client side engineering deliverables
  • Collating and review of project Master Document Registers

 

Growth pathways into Project Management / Financial / Accounting / Engineering disciplines dependent on competency or interest.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Self starting team-player who can work independently 
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with flexible thinking skills
  • Strong communication, organisation and office administration skills
  • Strong administrative IT skills (Adobe / MS Office Suite)
  • MYOB experience favorable

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience with document control in a project management environment
  • Demonstrate Project / Financial administrative knowledge
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
