The Role

Overseeing the administration of our projects from inception to completion, the Project Administrator plays a vital role in creating positive customer relationships, liaising with suppliers, organising contractors and supporting site coordination.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing and maintaining all project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, invoicing and compliance.
  • Organising project procurement and logistics.
  • Creating and scheduling jobs, including co-ordination of sub-contractors.
  • Overseeing the Government rebate scheme.
  • Leading the general administration of the company.

Assisting the team with picking and packing of pallets is also a requirement of this role.

About You

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in project administration within the commercial construction industry.
  • Experience using Adobe, Microsoft Office, Asana and Xero.  AutoCAD experience will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent administration, time management, attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively under pressure.

  • The ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team.
  • A strong self-drive attitude with a desire to take on challenges.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • A good sense of humour!
