My client is a national organization who service the Architectural, Design and Electrical Engineering community. They have office across Australia and are looking for their next superstar to join their Melbourne operation.
Salary and Benefits
$65,000 to $80,000 + Super
The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management working on multi-million-dollar construction projects. You will be ensuring effective stakeholder engagement while supporting the external Sales team. This role is essential to successful project delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality, of the solution inclusive of service support.
- Project Management - Coordination of activity from specification stage through order and post installation
- Sales Support – Developing a partnership with the sales team, coordinating follow ups on projects, updating project information into CRM, developing customer documents, proposals, following up on designs and quotes
- Servicing VIC Showroom visits & emailed product enquires / sales
- Customer Relationship Development - Developing key customer relationships through project lifespans to expand our relationship breadth and open up new business opportunities
- Customer Enquiry support - Handle overflow enquiries from Customer Service, taking ownership of the requests and following through with responses in a professional and timely manner
- Reporting - Ensure projects are maintained in a professional manner with progress, roadblocks and forecasts available and accurate via easy to view reporting either in CRM or Salesforce.
- Project Cost Accuracy - Ensure the accuracy of projects quotes before forecasting or ordering product to prevent issues for our customers or staff further downstream
Skills & Experience Needed
- Meticulous attention to task and enquiry follow up
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding customer experience focus
- Outstanding communication skills (written, oral, listening)
- Good negotiating skills
- Exposure in lighting or an electrical product will be advantageous
