We're partnering with a well-known global product and distribution organisation to hire a Project Coordinator into their IT PMO. This role will support two concurrent projects as part of a broader Digital and Business transformation program.
If you enjoy being in the engine room of delivery - driving governance, keeping projects on track and ensuring nothing slips - this is a strong opportunity to step into a large enterprise environment and work with a great team of people.

The role
You'll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support end-to-end delivery across IT initiatives, with a strong focus on governance, reporting and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workshops and cross-functional communications
• Maintain project plans, schedules, risk and issue logs
• Support PMO governance and prepare reporting for senior stakeholders
• Track milestones, dependencies and key deliverables
• Assist with budget tracking, POs and resource coordination

Experience Preferred

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst or similar within IT or transformation programs
• Some exposure to ERP migrations or large-scale IT change initiatives
• Strong governance, reporting and documentation capability
• Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint
