Project Coordinator

Recent projects undertaken by the Eptec include Peats Ferry Bridge, Burnett River Bridge, Brisbane Cross River Rail, Sydney Metro Trains, Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyers (AWDs), Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPVs), Collins Class Submarine Full Cycle Dockings (FCDs) in South Australia, and now the Hunter Class Frigate Program.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, Eptec has an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team based at Osborne, SA.

The Project Coordinator will support project delivery by coordinating documentation, schedules, reporting, and communication across project teams and stakeholders. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run efficiently through accurate, consistent processes and strong organisational support.

• Site‑based at Osborne, SA


• Full‑time role, Monday – Friday


• Suited to someone who enjoys coordination, structure, and working across multiple priorities

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Live and role model Eptec’s Zero Harm Values – drive a safety culture and collaborative team environment.


• Working with an experienced and dynamic operations team, providing a range of key administration support services to assist in achieving project requirements.


• Supporting Project Managers with documentation, project reporting, including timesheets, and project registers.


• Coordinate site inductions for new staff and visitors


• Working with Project Managers on the preparation of subcontract agreements and supporting in the communications, ensuring records are maintained.


• Supporting Project Manager in administering job cost analysis, forecasting, billings and invoicing. 


• Coordinating regular meetings and being a first point of contact for enquiries, providing accurate support and advice, via telephone and written communication.

Skills and Experience

• Intermediate/advanced level in the MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.


• Work with integrity and dedication to forge strong relationships.
