Project Coordinator

Title:

We are seeking expressions of interest from Project Coordinators who are interested in supporting a broad range of project activities across the PMDM team. This role provides flexibility and variety, with responsibilities shaped by project needs and team priorities. It is well suited to someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and supporting project teams to deliver effectively.

With a focus on project coordination and document administration, this role also offers exposure to internal project management activities, support to management tasks, and opportunities to contribute across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coordination and administrative support across a variety of projects within the PMDM team.
• Assist with project documentation, registers, filing structures and configuration management.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of actions, deliverables and project milestones.
• Help prepare reports, meeting materials, status updates and internal communications.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders and maintain information flow across teams.
• Assist management with general administrative tasks, workflow organisation and internal project activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes, templates and documentation standards.
• Work collaboratively across engineering, design and project delivery teams to support day‑to‑day project operations.

There are no specific prerequisite qualifications for this role beyond clearance eligibility and a willingness to learn and contribute.
