About you:

  • Assist in ensuring full ‘as constructed’ compliance with the agreed scope of works for each trade package and document any variations accordingly.
  • Assist in the coordination of critical building activities in conjunction with the Site Manager with key stakeholders, including submission of work plans, services interruption notices and the like.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with contract documents, and the relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of detailed Handover / Commissioning / Decanting Plans as required to suit the clients requirements and the staging of the works.
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of all completion documentation, statutory approvals, building certification, engineer’s inspection reports and the like, strictly in accordance with the contract documentation and other client requirements to facilitate provision of the Final Certificate.

The perks!

We don’t just talk about our people being our best asset, we actually show it! Working with BADGE means you will challenge yourself on a variety of rewarding projects in a friendly environment. Joining us is a positive move, and you will be supported and encouraged to develop your career right from your first day. We are also proud to offer you:

  • An enjoyable, fast-paced and professional working environment that’s not too formal
  • Flexible options for work/life balance and support through our Employee Assistance Program
  • Free car parking, a full health assessment upon employment and annual flu vaccinations
