BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Pty Ltd is a leading photovoltaic wholesaler, responsible for supplying high-quality solar products to Australian solar installers. Purpose:

The Project Coordinator will plan and implement the administration of BayWa r.e projects, associated services and contracts within a given time frame and budget. 

This position is full-time (38 hr/week) and ongoing will be based in Perth, Australia.

 

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing of a project
  • Developing project management plans to track project progress.
  • Managing project expectations with external and internal stakeholders, by responding to enquiries and troubleshooting concerns regarding the projects and services provided.
  • Managing paperwork associated with contracts, projects and services provided
  • Ensuring project tasks are executed and reviewed within scope, by liaising with engineers, technicians, and other professionals.
  • Monitoring and reporting on work by contractors 
  • Advising senior management on issues requiring attention and implementing decisions 
  • Collecting and analyzing data to generate forecasts for revenue and resource requirements and to evaluate project performance.
  • Making recommendations for project improvements, through developing and reviewing submissions, 
  • Monitor project safety and ensure safety control measures are in place

 

Your qualifications, areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Associate Degree (or higher qualification) related to Project Management
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or higher certification will be highly regarded
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, particularly multiple projects of various natures such as IT, campaigns, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst would be beneficial.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate project lifecycles, from scoping requirements to final roll-out, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong proficiency in defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Skilled in risk management and proactive problem-solving within project environments.
  • Adaptable to new domains and quick to integrate with cross-functional teams.
  • Profound empathy and effective communication skills, fostering positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate conflict and self-reflect, with a knack for resolving challenges diplomatically.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to maintain a positive work culture.
