Description

We are seeking applications for a Project Coordinator to support our Offshore Projects Group based in our Jandakot office.

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the Projects Team and is responsible for supporting the successful planning, coordination and execution of offshore engineering projects. The role supports project delivery through coordination of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and operational activities to ensure project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently and in accordance with customer requirements.

Working collaboratively with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Engineering, Supply Chain, Workshop, HSE & Quality as well as suppliers and contractors, the Project Coordinator will gain exposure across the full project lifecycle while progressively developing technical and project delivery capabilities.

This is an office-based role and is ideally suited to a technically minded professional or an engineering graduate seeking to develop a career in project coordination and Project Engineering



Responsibilities
  • Track project progress including procurement, manufacturing, costs, invoicing, schedules and resource requirements
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Projects and Supply Chain to manage Bill of Materials (BoM), requisition processes and work orders
  • Manage manufacture, staging, assembly, testing and equipment readiness activities
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting and document control systems
  • Participate in design and technical reviews, coordinating deliverables as required
  • Distributing monthly reports, presentations, procedures, proposals, and general documentation requirements to the stakeholders
  • Contribute to offshore project execution support as required
  • Assist in project close‑out and lessons‑learned documentation.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination and planning/scheduling
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project) and web-based collaborative platforms (i.e. SharePoint)
  • Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred)
