Manage projects from order, to handover (Budget, timeline, Construction The role offers progression to Project Management Salary - - $80-100,000 + Super based on experience A specialist in the design, manufacture & installation of greenhouse technology, including controlled climate solutions, fertigation and recycling systems, and labour-saving technologies. They manufacture on-site and offer a full turn-key service including construction. The company have operated in Australia since the 1990s and they are on a major expansion into S.E Asia.
The Role: Project Coordination: Being the main point of contact for customer service Client administration that includes, general client correspondence, maintaining client files and databases Liaison with internal company warehousing and production teams Following up with warehousing operations to ensure customer requests/tasks are completed Preparation of reports both regular and ad hoc as required Conduct handover and project meetings – organise meetings to develop timelines and allocate responsibilities and deadlines. Continue such regular meetings and act as liaison until projects are finalised. Maintain an accurate & up to date project plan until project completion Skills and attributes required: Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction or Project Management Organisation skills and effective time management A focus on customer service and satisfaction at all times Strong technical/construction aptitude Very Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel Liaising with relevant business stakeholders Highly professional presentation Why is this such a great opportunity?
