THE ROLE:They are looking for a motivated person to join their growing team dedicated to delivering the promised quality results to their clients. The ideal person will have experience with:
- Purchase Orders
- Variations
- Extension of Time
- Scheduling
- Authority Liaisation
- Subdivision and Title
- Constlruction Permits and Reports
- Construction meetings
- Manage handovers and defect processes
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:To be successful in this role, you will be required to have:
- Minimum 4 years experience as Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager
- Background in Contract Administration preferable
- Experience with high-end or custom builds
- Experience with DataBuild software
- Strong track record of contributing to project delivery in alignment with schedules, budgets and customer expectations
- Experience with collaborating with clients and internal team to deliver results on deadlines
- Collaborative approach and focused upon teamwork
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
WHAT YOU'LL GET:- Salary up to $100k + super (dependent on experience)
