About the Team
Infrastructure Delivery (ID) supports APA’s growth by securing approvals and delivering the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of major infrastructure projects.
Part of ID, the Project Delivery team leads the safe and efficient delivery of APA’s capital growth projects, from development to operational integration, working closely with Energy Solutions and Operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to APA’s safety and quality standards. This includes covering constructability, project management and delivery, contractor oversight, commissioning, safety, risk, and assurance.
This is an exciting time for the Project Delivery team, with the recent announcement of Stage 3 of APA’s East Coast Gas Grid (ECGG) Expansion Plan, which is expected to add approximately 30% additional transport capacity and address projected southern market gas shortfalls from 2028.
The Project Delivery team will play an integral role in the successful delivery of ECGG projects to increase north to south capacity, which will be essentially for supplying gas to southern markets.
