Role Overview
As the Project Manager, your principal mission will be to manage the delivery of BEMS projects - from the handoff from the sales team right through to detailed design, site delivery, and completion. You'll be instrumental in assessing construction issue information and managing RFIs and will play an indispensable role in securing client satisfaction and project margin.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage the delivery of BEMS projects, taking them from sales handover to detailed design, delivery, and completion
Maintain a high level of communication with the customers and ensure project milestones are met
Assess construction issue information and manage RFIs
Prepare control schedules, descriptions of operation, and network schematics, making sure to meet agreed modes of operation
Procure hardware, field equipment, control panels, and installation resources
Collate site reports, issue O&M manuals, and coordinate progress meetings with customers
Identify and communicate any risks during the projects
Protect margin on projects through effective planning and efficient deployment of resources
The Ideal Candidate
Has prior experience in BEMS project management and engineering
Is technically competent with knowledge of HVAC plant and control applications
Possesses a sound knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure and other legacy systems
Has a commercial mindset to protect margin during project delivery
Is customer-centric with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Holds a full driving license and is IT literate
Is able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and work unsupervised
