Project Manager

A tier 2 commercial construction company with over 50 years proven experience in Australia. They are a privately owned business with a strong National presence. Targeting projects up to $200M here in WA they have proven experience in schools, commercial offices, retail, industrial, recreation, schools, transport, aged care and hospitals.

Recently having been awarded a couple of exciting projects, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join the business on a permanent full-time capacity.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in a Project Management role working on commercial projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and leadership skills
• Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred
