Project Manager

Key role overview

• Directly responsible for the delivery of complex, high volume Customers
• Key point of contact for customers and the business to communicate project status updates for the Utilities and contractors
• Using high levels of negotiation and communication to develop and maintain the successful delivery of Network Audits
• Ensure electrical engineering solutions are in accordance with all safety regulations and policies
• Work on a range of overhead and underground distribution projects
• Oversee projects from concept through commissioning and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate your Electrical Distribution knowledge with team members through on the job learning, mentoring, training, performance management and succession planning activities
• Manage the production and verification of analysis and design, including drawings and reports relating to projects
• Ensure complex customer project targets are achieved and any project risks are managed and communicated

Skills and Experience

• Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering and/or Project Management, or a related field
• PM2 Accreditation required.
• Experience with power distribution networks & their standards minimum 3 years
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills
• Ability to estimate the cost and time required in preparing and completing technical drawings and solutions
