Are you ready to lead complex projects in an innovative environment? Yokogawa is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take charge of diverse projects , from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, plan, execute, and monitor all project aspects, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Communicate and align with clients to meet and exceed project objectives, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide robust WHSE leadership, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Efficiently manage contracts to deliver project outcomes within budget and quality targets.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years' industry experience, working on complex large scale projects
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, preferably in an industrial Automation setting.
  • Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate project teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as relevant regulations and codes.
